Adam K. Oliver, Esq.

Adam advises law firm clients on strategic hiring, merger analysis and business development.

With prior experience as a corporate attorney for DLA Piper and Gunderson Dettmer, where he handled large M&A deals, venture capital financings and initial public offerings, and as a legal recruiter at Tallwood Legal, LLC, Adam has been involved in law firm recruiting and hiring from both sides of the table.

In addition to his work with FPCG, Adam is also one of the founders of Firm Prospects, a provider of data to law firms and legal search firms.

Adam received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A. in Environmental Science from Connecticut College, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team. Adam also played basketball in Oslo, Norway, for the club team Baerums Verk IF.

Katie Bradford

Katie Bradford

Katie is passionate about FPCG's ability to deliver unparalleled market intelligence and oversees FPCG's data integrity processes.

On the business development side, Katie provides firms with competitive analysis, benchmarking, M&A prospect and growth opportunity solutions. For strategic hiring, Katie teams with FPCG’s former attorneys and recruiters to deliver a full suite of human resource solutions that allows firms to quickly find optimal candidates across practice areas while reducing recruitment overhead.

Katie received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Organizational Behavior Management and Psychology from Brown University where she was also a Division I collegiate athlete. Following Brown, Katie earned Master’s Degrees in health science related fields.

Terri LeComte, Esq.

Terri leverages both market intelligence and law firm analytics to bring together law firms and in-house legal department with the perfect attorney for the role they are seeking to fill.

She started her recruiting career in 2012 as Director of Legal Recruiting with Tallwood Legal. She then spent 2 years recruiting with WinterWyman, first with the Software Engineering team, and then as a Consultant and Recruiter with the Executive Search practice. She now joins FPCG as a Managing Director and is excited to take her expertise back to the legal world.

Terri has her BA from Rutgers College and her JD from Boston University Law School where she was an editor on the American Journal of Law & Medicine.
