Director – Client Development
FPCG is seeking a motivated Director of Client Development to work in our Boston area office (remote candidates will also be considered). Working with Managers and Partners you will source new in-house and law firm clients and maintain existing relationships. A strong understanding of the lateral and in-house hiring market is necessary along with the ability to apply the propriety FPCG market intelligence in a manner that meets the needs of individual clients.
The ideal candidate for this position will have prior work experience as an attorney at a sophisticated law firm. Experience in a legal recruiting (at a legal search firm or in-house at a law firm) or business development role is beneficial but not required.
